- Gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, etc.) are sold without warranty due to the nature of their use. However, if a gaming console is received in a completely non-functional state (dead on arrival), Refurbo may offer an exchange subject to availability and verification.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that arise during normal use within the warranty period.
- Free repair or replacement will be provided at Refurbo's sole discretion for covered defects.
- Warranty does not cover burn damage, water or liquid damage, physical damage (including drops, cracks, dents, or bent components), damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- Burn damage includes but is not limited to screen burn-in, charger port burns, battery swelling or burn marks, and any heat-related damage caused by improper use or third-party accessories.
- Water and liquid damage of any kind, including exposure to moisture, humidity, rain, or submersion, is strictly excluded from warranty coverage regardless of the extent of damage.
- Refurbo reserves the sole and absolute right to assess, evaluate, and determine whether any reported issue falls within the scope of warranty coverage. This decision shall be final and binding.
- By purchasing any product from Refurbo, whether through our website (refurbo.in) or through any offline channel, the customer implicitly agrees to all warranty terms and conditions stated herein. No separate written or verbal agreement is required to enforce these terms.
