Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding the delivery of products purchased through Refurbo.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery availability is determined by your PIN code. Please enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout to verify if delivery is available in your area.

    2. Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Each product undergoes a final quality check before dispatch. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

      3. Delivery Timeline

      Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location(after processing the order):

      • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2-3 business days
      • Tier 2 cities: 3-4 business days
      • Other locations: 4-5 business days
      • Remote areas may take up to 7 business days

      4. Shipping Charges

      Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and product weight. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value as displayed at checkout. COD orders may have an additional convenience fee.

        5. Order Tracking

        Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order through the link provided or by logging into your Refurbo account.

          6. Delivery Attempts

          Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.

            7. Inspection at Delivery

            We highly recommend inspecting the package at the time of delivery:

            • Check for any visible damage to the outer packaging.
            • If the package appears damaged, please record an unboxing video as evidence.
            • Verify the product matches your order before signing for delivery.
            • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.

            8. Delays and Force Majeure

            Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, local restrictions, or courier partner issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays via email or WhatsApp or call.
