1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately via email or phone. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
- Orders cancelled within 2 hours of placement will receive a full refund.
- Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility
Products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
- The product is returned within 2 days of delivery.
- The product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
- The product has not been physically damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
- The product does not match the description provided on the website (functional defects, wrong item, etc.).
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products where defects are identified within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer.
- Products returned after the 2-day return window.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Digital products, gift cards, or warranty extensions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be contacted to provide bank account details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
5. Refurbished Products Disclaimer
All products sold on Refurbo are certified refurbished products. Refurbished products may show minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches or scuffs, which do not affect functionality. Each product undergoes a rigorous quality check and comes with a warranty as specified on the product page. By purchasing a refurbished product, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The product is not brand new but has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present and are not grounds for return or refund.
- The product may come in generic packaging rather than original retail packaging.
- Warranty terms may differ from those of new products - please refer to the product-specific warranty information.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
