This is the year we will be launching our website and start giving you the best experience we possibly can when it comes to buying refurbished tech. Our resolution is simple, it is to make Refurbo the ultimate platform for buying refurbished tech. But, it is also a complicated one because we need to establish why people should trust Refurbo. If we can make our consumers understand that we are not only making a business but also providing them with value, friendship and a strong customer relationship through our customer service, then the trust will automatically instil. We have been vocal about building and maintaining trust in our previous blog.
