1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes,we have many international customers who buy electronic gadgets from us. Because we deliver the best product as per our clients budget people from all over the world trust us. Furthermore, Indians who are residing in a foreign country buy from us .Because the shipment will go beyond our national borders do not think we will charge a high price. You just have to pay the little bucks of delivery charge and rest of the burden we will take on our shoulders. As per the safety of the goods is a concern we always make sure no harm of the products happens during the transaction or else we will bear the damage cost.

2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you confirm your cart then we will send you a confirmation message on your phone as well as on your email. Right from the packaging of your order to the moving of the product, we will keep sending you notifications about the transaction of your order. You do not have to do anything to track your order by yourself instead we will keep you in the loop.

3. HOW OUR REFURBISHED PRODUCT IS CERTIFIED?

Refurbished product has been professionally restored to working order. Typically this means that the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired by our Operation’s Team The item may or may not be in its original packaging. We will provide you warranty of the each & ever product u buying from Gorefurbo.

4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

In the unlikely scenario wherein any product delivered by GoRefurbo is found to have manufacturing defect, the customer shall have the option to return the product within 3 days of delivery and seek another product (with the same specifications) or seek refund of the amount paid by him/her. Please note that in case a manufacturing defect develops after the expiry of the initial 3 days period (but within the term of the contract), GoRefurbo shall replace the product with another one however, refund shall not be applicable.

GoRefurbo undertakes to replace the defective product(s) within 7 business days of receipt of information from the customer. In case the customer has asked for a refund within 3 days of delivery , the same shall be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of intimation by the customer. The refund shall be processed through the same means by which the payment was made.
